In response to customer requests, the existing MIG2412SPD varistor test generator has been extended to include the standard Combination Wave Generator and single phase CDN. Operating up to 24kV / 12kA, the CDN combines all IEC coupling paths with a 440V/16A capability. Coupling path is switched manually. The other impulses available in the MIG2412SPD are impulse voltage tests up to 24kV and a 8/20µs current impulse up to 12kA for class I & II SPDs. (See Brochure:  Protection Device Test System)
