MF1000-2
Test coil 1m x 2.6m for magnetic field test according -8 / -9 / -10
Low frequency magnetic fields (16.7 , 50, 60 Hz) can be present near railways, trams, trolley-buses, low voltage heating oven, welding machines, induction ovens and busbars in energy distribution networks. The operation of some equipment can be influenced by these low frequency magnetic fieds. AC power frequency tests are described in the standard IEC 61000-4-8. SURGE impulse magnetic fields are present in the vicinity of a lightning strike and are represented in the standard IEC 61000-4-9. Switching in electricity sub stations generates an oscillatory disturbance. electronic communications equipment mouted in the vicinity should be tested to IEC 61000-4-10. All these requirements can be met with the MF1000-2 inductive coil for larger Equipment Under Test (EUT) up to 2m tall.
